Sue Sanders, Chair of Schools Out UK & Joint-Coordinator of OUTing the Past, announcing the Festival 2018 dates and venues said, “Isn’t it wonderful that so many organisations have again come forward to help further the goal of OUTing the Past; nothing less than the edification of a general public robbed of vital readings of their collective past and thereby making sense and celebrating an impoverished history”

“This year we are taking a slight pause and not massively expanding, as in previous years, allowing us to take stock and embed the project; we have again a good geographical spread of Hubs in England. We have also spread our wings and are celebrating Festival Hubs in Wales and Ireland. As ever, my thanks and those of Schools OUT UK go out to our wonderful Festival Hub Partners and all Festival volunteers who make this fantastic educational project happen.”

More fantastic details of OTP Festival Hubs venues, times, programs, etc., will be announced over the following weeks and months. Please keep in touch with the latest Festival updates by following us on twitter @LGBTHM.
